The New Vibrations Ministry is coming soon to Buffalo, New York!

The mission of this ministry is to promote an LGBTQ+ friendly fellowship that is non-denominational, non-judgmental, and focuses on intentional and prayerful bibliomancy of Scripture. In other words, #ReadTheBible. 

As a trans woman, Amelia Phoenix Desertsong has often hidden away her Christian faith due to being rejected by almost every church and faith-based organization she came across. Of course, a true Christian loves and accepts all of their Brothers and Sisters in Christ. So, finally in 2026, Amelia decided to create her OWN ministry. Something she’s had on the back burner since 2020, Amelia founded New Vibrations Ministry, the same name as her indie music podcast, because they share the same goals. 

Like the Collective Soul that inspired the name, ‘New Vibration’

I’m not cooling, I’m not craving

I’m just living for some new vibration”

We don’t hold traditional Sunday services. Instead we hold Bible Studies whenever YOU need them. That’s any day of the week. We love reading the Bible and, really, anything else through which God speaks to YOU.

One of the core tenets of the New Vibrations Ministry is living by example. While Amelia is shameless about her Faith, she is NOT prideful about it, nor does she hit people over the head with it. While we Christians shouldn’t hide our Faith and be witnesses of Christ whenever it’s appropriate, we are NOT Evangelists. We are NOT hitting you over the head with the Good Book, because that might give you a concussion or worse permanent brain damage, and the Lord doesn’t want that.

The other core tenet of this Ministry is to heal the MAGA folks that believe they are following God’s way when they are in fact NOT doing so. Anyone who has voted for Donald Trump for President and will vote for JD Vance in 2028 must question what values they look for in a leader. Yes, the MAGAs are still our Brothers and Sisters in Christ, but Satan has badly fooled them and put the world in a very precarious situation. So, if you have MAGA family members, bring them so that we can witness to them. It may not work, but it’s worth a try once they realize the LGBTQ+ folks they’ve been suppressing and keeping from Church are total Christians as much as they are! This is the main goal of the Ministry right now.

Also, let’s make the Bible musical again, shall we?

Much more to come as we build out the true mission statement and provide some doctrinal advice. We don’t go for traditional dogma here, but of course, there are some verses that will be foundational passages. 

This is NOT YET an official page for a nonprofit in the State of New York. That will also come in time. For now, consider this a bible study group with big aspirations!
